Dosing Pumps

The NEMO® BH Hygienic pumps offered by us bear higher mechanical efficiency and capability to handle large properties of solids. These are fabricated using premium grade of raw material and are incorporated with flexible diaphragms. To evade any contamination with grease and oils, these pumps are secluded from the pump house.

Wide Spectrum of Applications The NEMO® BH Hygienic Pump is used primarily for substances with the following properties:

• Shear-sensitive
• Low to very high viscosity
• Smearing or non-smearing
• Substances with or without solid content
• Thixotropic and dilatant
• Abrasive
• Adhesive such as yeast, cream, mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, soft cheeses, ointments, chunky sauces, eggs, milk, curd cheeses, honey, marmalade, syrup, ketchup, sourdough and many others.

• High suction capability of up to 9 mWC
• Vertical or horizontal installation
• Vibration-free, quiet running

Large Range of Capacities and Pressures:

• Adjustable capacities up to 140 m3/h
• For differential pressures up to 24 bar

Our NEMO® MINI BH Mini Hygienic plus pumps are ideally suited for high suction lift. These self-priming pumps have high vacuum in the suction pipe and are available in various capacities and specifications. Our pumps bear rotor and the stator and are also offered in customized form.

• Substances with or without solid content

• Adhesive … such as flavoring, food dyes, glucose, pharmaceutical products, yeast, ointments, milk, syrup and many others.

These are ideal for precise dosing of a great variety of chemicals and finds wide application in environmental technology and the chemical industry. The dosing pumps efficiently doses aggressive or non-aggressive chemicals.

• Low to medium viscosity (up to 20,000 mPas)

• Abrasive
• Smearing or non-smearing
• Aggressive (pH 0-14)
• Adhesive … such as natural and artificial polymers, anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes, iron and aluminum salt solutions (e.g. ferric chloride), lime water, water and waste water samples, suspensions, organic and inorganic acids and bases, etc.
