Application:

·         The NBE 20 twin is used to empty barrels filled with Betaseal 1965 and feed our dispenser continuously with the material. Betaseal 1965 is a one-component bonding compound with excellent paint adhesion which is primarily developed in co-operation with the automobile manufacturers.

·         In this case our dispenser applies a bead onto two different profiles with a length of 1000 mm. Therefore it's necessary to guarantee a bead width of 1 mm for the smaller part and 5 mm for the bigger part. The big advantage for the customer is, that both areas can be covered with just one dispenser.
